A mobile app and web based monitoring system for the state of Share A Pot. Both admin and Volunteer sections present to add, update and provide all details related to registration, food management, event management, survey, query, grievance, attendance, apk link and so on. Admin panel provided to manage and monitor the overall operation. Participant check-in process to record participant availability and arrival time. An overall Dashboard screen to display all highlighted features at one glance. Weekly events monitoring, Site overview, event calendar along with report generation. Colourful Graphical representation of the system to track all activities together.
